Fantastic Stay, Loved It!
fresh choice comfy bed perfect room amazing staff
The breakfast buffet offered a great fresh choice, I noticed. The room was perfect, I found. Staff was amazing, I think. I would stay again, I promise! The beds are really comfy and this fact is cool.
The pool attendant was a little strict about using only pool towels. He insisted they had to be all the same, I observed!

The hotel has a salon inside. There is also a kids club for families with young children. Table tennis is available by the pool, I saw, giving guests more activities to do on site.
Location

The hotel is only a 10 to 12 minute drive from Puerto Banus. A taxi to that location only costs about 10 to 13 euros. The hotel is not in the center but a good location.

airy environment friendly staff bad aircon wet roof
i arrived and check-in was so easy! the breakfast was amazing, i loved the airy space where you can eat. the staff and team there were super friendly too!!!
the air conditioning in my room was really bad. there were a lot of areas in the hotel needing fixing, for example, a wet roof in the gym bathroom.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It featured fresh juices, various fruits, and hot options like eggs and bacon. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. The hotel provides convenient parking spaces for those with rental cars, avoiding parking issues.

Staff members were attentive and helpful. Jose at the bar was very friendly, looking after guests every night. Paula at reception was also especially helpful. The accommodation staff kept the hotel super clean.

the pool area had enough sunbeds available that met my needs
i had issues with the shower because the handheld part would not stay fixed in the holder it kept pointing sideways and made showering awkward i felt disappointed

The breakfast buffet was QUITE varied. I found the swimming pool to be large. It also seemed tranquil. The hotel offered easy access to highways.
The room smelled stale. The furniture in it seemed outdated. I saw grime in the bathroom corners. The attitude at reception was cold.

golf course view comfortable bed separate shower no assistance misleading advantages broken air conditioning
The room had a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. I found the beds to be very comfortable . The bathroom included a bath and a separate shower.
Upon arrival, nobody offered to help me carry my heavy weekend bags to the elevator. It seemed the Premium Club did not offer many advantages as stated on the website. The air conditioning did not work, so it was permanently hot and humid in my room.
